CGI, ASP, PHP parameters support

This feature allows you to track cgi, asp, php, parameters in the 'Pages' reports. Thanks to these parameters, which otherwise would be filtered, you can identify dynamic pages with extreme precision.

Notice: For easier reading of dynamic pages reports, it is advisable to use the feature 'Dynamic Pages' (see below).
